RATES
Consultations can be scheduled directly through the therapist and will take place either in office, through a certified telehealth network or by telephone.
$180 per 50-minute psychotherapy session. *rates may vary depending upon
payment method

INSURANCE
We currently accept the following insurance as an in-network provider: Blue
Cross & Blue Shield, Tricare, & Medcost.
*Note: Insurance is not applicable for life coaching sessions.
We currently network with the following EAP providers: Ceridian, Right
Solution Counseling Services, McLauglin Young
Out of network benefits may also be available for most major insurance
companies. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health
insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by
asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
AAMFT SUPERVISION
Tia Crooms, a Clinical Member of AAMFT, provides AAMFT approved
supervision. The standard rate is $75/hour for individual supervision. If
you are seeking clinical supervision call 888-557-1675 ext. 2.
PAYMENT
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay
the full cost of the session.
